I agree, you need to check for bare wires or places that may have been chewed on. If the car sat in a shed, barn or even a garage, especially over winter, mice could have decided to chew on the wiring. I have had that problem where I use to live. Even now in the spring, I go over the car very carefully before I decide to take off down the road first trip out
