Here's their website, not to air dirty laundry, but to warn anyone who had their cars worked on there to plan on filling their rear ends themselves, as that is something this shop doesn't consider to be their responsibility!

That's pretty nasty.....I can somewhat understand if they are delivering a "non-running roller" to you to finish yourself, but it should be understood that a BIG OL' TAG with the words "no oil" would go a long way.... I tag the rear ends in my shop just to remind myself...
