Need help identifying part

Thanks everyone, since we don't have a shaker hood we're assuming it's not part of the car

I had a 73 Barracuda torn apart for restoration and don't remember any seal like that, but when in doubt, put it in a tote marked "To Be Identified" Throw nothing away until you're 100% sure it's of no use.

Exactly how I do it. I have identified/known containers and the unknown containers. Discard only at the end.
