NEW Husrt Pistol Grip Shifter Handles

Just wanted to give everyone my thoughts on a NEW Hurst pistol grip shifter.

I ordered one recently and when it arrived I was REALLY disappointed with the product.  It has a new pattern for the top lens that is definitely different from the originals.  The plastic grips did not fit the handle at all and were no where near flush with the edges of the handle (handle is bigger than the grips.  The upper and lower bezels looked and fit OK.  Overall is was nice since it was new, but would hope that Hurst will take the time to correct these issues. 

I can't post pics since I already sent it back.

Looks like I'll have to find an original or maybe an older more correct fitting replacement.

Hurst will also restore original handles

Unfortunately, I don't have any handles right now.

Was it made by hurst or was it made by someone else?

It was a Hurst piece.  Who they have making them I don't know.

I have a brand new one in a box from about 20 years back but I doubt I can get to it
