Sometimes when your pour your heart and soul into the restoration of a rare and unique car that you have to part with....You want to be sure that it goes to a good home.
Someone that will not only take care of your pride and joy, but with Mopars you hope that they enjoy them to the fullest....

Some of you may remember the FC7/White rear window louver AAR that I meticulously brought back from the dead....A beautiful car that I restored only to sell last March 2016.  http://www.alangallantautomotiverestoration.com/AAR-FC7-CUDA.html

Well in the last year the owner has shown the car and has won his fair share of trophies....
I've taught you everything you know....but I haven't taught you everything I know....

HOLY cool Racecars Batman!  That's a big change to the looks.  I like it, but I also like the stock version.   :wowzers:

I think it's pretty cool that he's willing to do that and have fun. The car isn't controlling him if you know what I mean.

It's just decals. I can't say it " grabs me"  undecided......  I can understand that making you wince a little Alan.  :grouphug:

I thought of all people...you'd love it the most @Brads70  :dunno: I think I told you before you should do the same thing with your car. :ohyeah:

I like both versions.  :ohyeah:  I can understand going a different direction with the car after you've collected your trophies.  :1place:(If you're in to that)

Looks like he's having fun, and that's great!!

Oh my! I can't see doing that with a car that is restored that nice. But it's his car.

I think it's more the colour that is throwing me off?   At some point I'm planning on getting a 71 Javelin and painting it up like Mark Donohue's race car so I'm not opposed to these sort of things.  :)

Hmmm an interesting decision!  Not sure I would of done that . . . but it is his car, not mine.   :dunno:
Drive it like you stole it . . . And they're CHASING you!

That's funny, I look at it a couple of times and couldn't wrap my mind around what was wrong.....then I went back...and there it was....OH YEA...the original car was dark blue NOT purple....now these decals make even less sense... :clueless:

If you go to a car show, even a Mopar only show, it will stand out.  And that's not easy to do at some shows!  The more I look at it the more I like it.

303 Mopar

At least the rear springs settled....

anlauto

Well I knew the rear springs would get any higher

What was the deal with the rear leaf springs?  Re-arched originals or new ones?  The rake makes it look even more racy.
