Outdoor winter shelter

Soliciting the group on any input to a permanent outdoor shelter that would be seeing Northeastern winters. Wife and I took up new residence with really no inside storage. Thank you very much!!

I've kept one of my cars in one of those shelter logic garage tents for years now with no issues. I did replace the original covers with the upgraded heavy rubber type covers 6-7 years ago.
