Pinion snubber

 eight and three quarter rear end   4 89 case how do I know what size pinion snubber to put on my case  1970 Dodge Challenger

8 3/4's only came with one height pinion snubber. You can get adjustable aftermarket ones.

 I was just on eBay and they have some that are 7 and a quarter inches some that are some that are 7 and 3/4 inches and some that are six and three quarter inches I'm talking the length

Oh....sorry, I misunderstood. This is the correct one for an E Body, all the others are wrong

   That's the correct one.  Might see if you can find one in a little better shape.     I see them at swap meets a lot too.
