I'm almost embarrassed to ask this.  But what is the difference between a rallye hood and a power bulge hood on a Cuda.  I've attached my google search that shows the exact same hood with both searches. I don't want to sound crazy when talking to a Mopar expert but would like to call it what it really is.  I have this hood on my Cuda.
1973 Cuda. 340 4 speed.

Great question.  I'll let one of the experts chime in, but it appears that it was originally called a "Sport Hood" (code J54).  However, most people call it a Rallye hood.  But if someone wants to be technically correct, it's most likely called a Sport Hood.  Since there's a Rallye Wheel, Rallye Dash, Rallye Suspension, and even Rallye Red paint it seems like Rallye Hood kinda just fit and seems to be the most popular term used that I hear.  :alan2cents:

Power bulge is a 'cuda hood. Rallye hood is a Challenger hood.

Well,  its clear as mud for Cuda's.  The sales brochures from 1970 thru 1974 use different terms.

1970 - doesn't name it but notes its "bulges".

1971 - refers to it as a "Performance Hood".

1972 - refers to it as a "Performance Hood"

1973 - refers to it as a "Sport Hood"

1974 - refers to it as a "Power Bulge Hood"

Well, the 70/71 Parts Book is no help with the "Raisin Bran" hood.
