Rear axle paint marking.

I found this paint marking on my AAR Cuda's rear axle. I know its for the gear ratio but don't know what gear ratio.
Looks like 078 to me. What do you think an does anyone know what ratio it stands for.

You'll find the "078" on your broadcast sheet. It's 1970 E Body with a 3:91 SG 11" drum brakes with a 7290 U Joint
