Google SEM spray paints. They are automotive grade, very durable and reasonably priced. you will be very happy with them.

I agree.  Sem black Landau paint is also a good match to the original black finish in color.  I used it on all my interior trim pieces and they look like new. 

BTW, you floor pans look good.     Didn't see any rust in the pics.

I would recommend that at all mounting nut and bolt areas that either the paint or powdercoat  is removed to improve any  and all grounds on the dash frame.
