What did I do wrong? Roseville Moparts

So, on Friday I tried to email a part list with questions to Roseville Moparts.   Today I got an email kickback error.    What did I do wrong?

    I don't know about on line ordering----I like to talk to an actual person. I called in an order to Roseville for a bunch of 6 pack parts on Friday. Talked to a nice fellow named Jon, this was about 1:30 or so. Less than 2 hours later got an e-mail with the parts invoice and tracking #, they were headed out the door. Fantastic customer service, and got my discount to.       :banana:

You'll get great service from them.  I ordered a new fan blade and clutch and it was delivered within 2 days.  Granted, I'm pretty close to Michigan, but they get their parts out quick.

You went to there website instead of calling. I didnt want to make an international long distance call, but got frustrated seeing out of stock. So I called and they had 2 sets of black door panels in stock. Had a confirmation notice in minutes and tracking #. It was like 4 days from Roseville to Hamilton. Super fast service and Jon was very friendly and helpful. It was actually cheaper to order from Roseville , pay duty , brokerage fees and shipping than order from National Moparts in Ont.

Thanks for the help!   order placed, parts being pulled, some are back ordered.  I'll be waiting until everything is in before I go pick it up
