Maybe you all are already aware of this one, but I thought this was pretty cool.

That was the RTS car that Steven Juliano never was able to buy.  Seemed like no amount of money would get the long time owner in MI to part with it.
He was getting up there in years and the car was made public a few years ago, ending up being sold at the Mecum Indianapolis auction in 2023.
The buyer who has a collection in LA displayed it at MCACN that fall.

My favorite cuda.  RTS

As I recall, the buyer @2.2 Million dollars owns the other RTS cars as well.  Do I remember correctly that there is still another RTS out there that the collector does not have?

To my knowledge the RTS cuda is the only RTS car the guy in LA owns.  He calls his collection the it's only original once collection or something like that.
The Brothers collection owns the RTS Duster.
I heard the two RTS Roadunners ended up with a collector in NJ.  Same guy who owns the Diamanté Challenger he bought from Juliano before he passed away.

Maybe you are thinking of the Sonic `cuda, it was not part of the RTS though? No one has knows it`s whereabouts, at least publicly, but maybe it`s still hidden away somewhere and will hopefully be found.

Must be the sonic cuda I'm thinking of.

The RTS cars are the best!  Wish they had stuck with the culture.
Unfortunate the culture changed to a climate change culture.
We shoulda been pumpin more oil from the ground in 72.  (we, I wasn't alive, how about yal).

Checked out this link, uhmmm, wow. When did late 70s Broncos and late 80s Grand Wagoneers become collector cars?

SUVs and also 70s and 80s 4x4 trucks have been hot in the collectors market for awhile now.
Mint late 70s Broncos bring E body money. Updated custom ones with Coyote transplants are 6 figure items.
