1970 V code kickdown spring question?

Does anyone know for sure what colour the kickdown linkage spring should be on a 1970 Challenger V code Dec 69 build date. I have looked at pictures and seen them yellow, white , orange and red. I recently bought a reproduction one from National Moparts and it is red with a black stripe?

A few years ago, I saw an unrestored 70 V-Code Auto Cuda at the MCACN show and the kick down spring was white. I don't know the build date of the car, nor do I have pictures (unfortunately). I also own a 70 V-Code Auto, so after seeing that car, I purchased the white spring from Frank Badalson, if I remember correctly.
