I saw that one at Carlisle a couple of times over the years. It looks a lot better now. It appears he did a lot more work on it since I've seen it but still a long way to go.

I'm sure he's upside down at that price, but there is allot more money needing to be spent & allot more money needing to be done... I wouldn't go anywhere near his price...
