Looks like a nice car but need a bit more information on it. Price is okay considering the engine is not matching. I wonder how many RT's came with hub caps?  @6bblgt ?

very basically - a 1970 Challenger R/T was:
TIRES
9 out of 10 with 14" tires
1 out of 10 with 15" tires (includes all HEMI R/Ts)
WHEELS / WHEEL COVERS
1 out of 3 with ROAD WHEELS (W23)
1 out of 3 with RALLYE WHEELS (W21)
1 out of 5 with FULL WHEEL COVERS (W11, W13, W15)
1 out of 10 with HUP CAPS & painted WHEELS (STD)

the VIN JS23N0E106624 indicates it is a Challenger R/T
