Seller relisted, it originally ended on Jun 9th. I thought it actually sold for $28.1K back then, my screenshot says "Winning bid".

I don't know if I agree with that.  Yes, the selling price was high, but the Challenger 'vert market is climbing fast, despite the article in MCG.  I can see this car easily pulling 20K as a selling price as it runs/drives and is pretty much complete. 

He still needs to fix his numbers as to how many were built!

Yes I agree. You're not going to find any running and driving Challenger convertibles for under $20k any more. I think his new buy it now price is very close.
