Looks like a drum brake master cylinder?
Owner states disc brakes are on the car.
Manual disc brake conversion may be?

No fan shroud, probably wrong air cleaner, front seat skins are incorrect, rear bumper is really bad etc. However at that price I think if the body is good after a personal inspection that it is a fair deal at the asking price.

Seems fairly priced for a non-matching car, as long as the title matches the VIN and body numbers.
Seems to be a decent deal for someone wanting an RT Challenger for a reasonable price.

As I work on my own car, I'm finding old body work that was hidden beneath some brass brazing and sloppy patches  on a car I have owned since 1979. You never know until you strip things down.
