It would need a personal inspection for sure. It may be the start of a nice driver. Front fenders have been cut in the front, look to have rust damage at bottoms, front valance is damaged. There will be other problems but it comes with quite a few parts,

says the fender tag was there when he got it make an offer pending the tag shows up and it may suddenly appear.
