Someone that can do their own body work should buy it. I'd hate to see the bill from the body shop if you had to pay for all of the work that is needed.  $12,000 is not cheap for what it will cost to finish and what it will be worth when finished.  :alan2cents:

I know but if a guy gave you a 73 for free in the same shape and a bag with $24k in it you'd still be ahead doing this 71. I think the A/C option is the ventilated floors.
