Doubt the price in the CL ad is legit.  See it a lot where they throw a low number like that to garner interest.  The second ad is most likely what he is really asking.

That add has been posted across America's craigslists. 

I've personally flagged it in 6 states.  I'll flag this one as well.  total scam.  If it was real I would have purchased it.
