So how does a person end up with a collection like that and coin to upkeep that collection but have zero ability to use proper grammar? 
  from another country maybe? 

WAAAy too much for that 383 car.    Although if that's original paint then that is pretty amazing.

All the cars look pretty nice actually. Mastering a camera and the english language can be a bear though I suppose.
