A 74 for 15K and it still needs body & paint plus full interior.....  Okay...... I guess you could do much worse but you'd have to try......

Fender tag readout would be necessary for this one.
Must have quite the list of options for that price.
Maybe he's pricing it with the car being an Arizona car.
But with the quarters replaced it makes me wonder if the car is even original to Arizona.

A little pricey for sure.  considering there are ebodies out there finished in the 20's . 

He does say OBO though.  that does mean something.
