thought this one might be of interest to someone

Main case housing (C99129H), stamp date 22 January 1970 064 (64th one build that day). A cast date of 12-23. 1970 warranty (No VIN number) main case small (307) bearing, 3100 assembly date January 22, 1970. Baked/bead blasted, all tapped holes inspected. So if you need to create a date correct matching numbers stamped 4-speed mid production year of 1970, this case is quite valuable $250.00
Growing older is mandatory...growing up is optional.

Wonder "IF" that's part of the 440+6 'cuda's original transmission?  0E1421_5 could've been 105, 115, 125, 135, etc.  :dunno:

& the ad states NO VIN - I see a VIN

If a "V" code car, casing car should have 308 bearing.   :alan2cents:

:iagree: 307 brg case would never be behind a 440+6

The larger bearing hole and the larger pattern to accommodate the bearing retainer; conversely for the smaller 307.

this thread started due to a '70 4-speed transmission case with the small 307 bearing/retainer & a partial VIN stamping of 0E1421 5 *** this would've originated in a 318, 340, 383 Barracuda

a former owner of BS23V0E142125 (from 1991) sent me a text because he found some original paperwork and pictures from when he owned it  :help: anyone know where this 6bbl 'cuda is?

Sold NEW in Colorado, there 'til '91 & I saw it in the mid-'90s at the Mopar Nationals - where is it now?

ivy green metallic - green vinyl top - white leather interior - 440 6bbl - 4 speed - SHAKER  8)
