is that a wrap?  If so, maybe removing it isn't a big job I don't think?
If the price is a bargain due to the  graphics, it would be a good buy for someone to buy and return to original.

Not to mention it's a really bad wrap job.....the faux rust doesn't line up whatsoever with the main body and the rear bumper fascia and the rockers, etc...mind you those plastic parts wouldn't rust anyways, but that's a whole other issue
