QuoteThe shaker wouldn't bother me nearly as much if it wasn't completely fake and non-functional...the cone air filter looks kind of stupid next to it

It's got a new Hemi swap with what looks like a factory shaker setup.  I'm pretty sure they can pull in air through the shaker OR through the traditional filter.

All of the included pictures in the listing show the Gen3 Hemi with the stock intake manifold so I am not sure how air would get through the shaker, unless you are saying they made the air from the shaker route through the front in the same location as the cone air filter?

I think the factory shaker cars use the same intake manifold as a non shaker.  The air gets routed into the engine through a special a air box.  Whether this car has all that I can't tell.  If it is fake then that's pretty lame.  Here is a factory shaker setup.  You can see that there is an air filter in the traditional spot as well.  It can pull air in from the shaker or that other filter.

Yeah so it looks like there is a hose on the back of the shaker that routes the air forward to the cone filter, so probably a minimal gain at best. Thanks for that info, better than being completely fake I guess
