Does it have a smell?

Smells like money!... and grease
I have an NOS spray bottle of Mopar odor remover that might help with that.

the "Made and Printed in the USA" tells me it was probably from the '80s or later. might help narrow down a part # search

P/N starting with 25 makes it earlier.

a good "rule of thumb" for '50s & '60s MOPAR part numbers is to add 40 to the first 2-digits to determine first year of use

1963 parts catalog has just 10 25xxxxx part numbers listed in the numerical index, 10+ pages of 25xxxxx part numbers in the 1965 parts catalog

I don't have a '64 catalog

from the 1965 parts catalog:
2585 561 is 9-39-0 VALVE, 9-39-1 GASKET PACKAGE, Valve Grinding, 426 Hemispherical
2585 564 is ?????
2585 565 is 21-30-0 TRANSMISSION GEARSHIFT CONTROLS, 21-30-6 KNOB, ..... but the part number is nowhere on the page

valve lapping compound, console shifter lube or cable shifter lube  :clueless:

anyone with a '64 parts catalog?

Wouldn't you expect the RWB Mopar logo if it was mid-80s?  I think the distributor lube is a good guess.
