I for one, have no idea what I am looking at other than a list of items up for forfeiture.  Appears to be related to this case

A group of people got busted for a tax avoidance scheme and had their assets, cash and toys, confiscated.  now their stuff is going to be auctioned off, but I'm not sure how one gets into the bidding?  The hemi cuda is listed in Hemmings.

It used to be a much nicer car. I recognized it as soon as I saw it on Hemmings, and I kept pictures from when it was for sale about 7 or 8 years ago.
