Stolen Challenger or scam?

Seems like they have an awful lot of information, you'd think they would have caught the guys by now. I think we're just hearing one side of the story....maybe the car was repo'd for money owing or something  :dunno:

FYI Here in my neck of the woods, If the customer gets to the pavement (with or without the permeation of the business) it becomes a civil matter. No theft of services, and the garageman lean and or court is your only recourse. If the business try's to take the vehicle they get arrested. If the owner try's to claim they stole it, and there is a signed work order and won't release it, the owner gets in trouble.   :alan2cents:

Figure that Vet is about 70 now... I'm guessing his days of tracking & slaughtering the enemy are probably behind him...

Not really how I would expect a 70 year old original owner's car to look...
