It's a typo - it's supposed to be 331

My car is within 170 digits along with Bill Rolik's BS27H1B

How about the third line missing the "U" or "C" ? Guess the factory was having a bad day... :haha:

Oh there is no doubt that the tag is as fake as the day is long. 

If it was a "C" the VON would not start with 0
