At least he didn't do that to a 1970 or 1971 model then that would suck even more.  You heard the phrase there is an ass for every seat.  In this case, his might be the only one.

I'd just about donate a nut to have a driver quality cuda and then someone has to get one and go ghetto with it. What a disappointment to a cuda.

It appears to be a tx9 car.  Has it's fender tag.

All that stuff is easy enough to fix/switch back to black.
