Is this a mopar blower motor? According to the date code 2570 it was made the 257th day of 1970. The problem is my Cuda was built 5/25/1970. I dont see a pentastar stamping.

Thanks Cody, but is it a Mopar motor? If it is I want to see about getting it rebuilt.

Here's the blower motor off my '71 Barracuda with AC.
Yours appears to be a factory unit too. A 2570 date code is September 14, 1970.

Thats strange that the date code is almost 4 months after my build date. I wonder if it was a warranty replacement??

Skdmark

Warranty, replaced from a parts car etc.
A lot can happen over the years.

You have me curious. My 70 Challenger is in disassembly currently, yet the heater box seemed in incredible shape when I shelved it. I'll look at mine and post a pic later.
