Has anyone ever heard of a color-coded line diagram?

My wiring is pretty out of control.  Someone recommended buying one.  Can't find them anywhere online. There supposed to be around $15.

For example my bulkhead connector has a hot wire going to the ignition straight through the bulkhead (as in there was a hole drilled through bulkhead connector) and not actually plugging in to it so I was thinking of buying a new engine harness and new bulkhead connector and want to make sure I'm hooking it up properly.

Thanks!!!

I'd be happy to add color to the in the FSM diagrams beyond 1970 if we need other years.

 :bigthumb:  Not a problem. Not sure if there is a big need if the 70 schematics are similar but the offer is there!

My friend helping me is older (anti Internet)  and I don't have a color printer so I figure this is my best option....

I would rather not pay $30 (buying the biggest one) but it seems like a good investment as some lunatic wired my car.

Thanks

That's the ones I have used in the past and they work well.  They are nice that they are laminated.  But now that I can get basically the same thing here, I'll save the money and look it up.  But for your friend it might be the best option to buy one.

While this diagram is not in color, it tells you what color the wires should be and where they go.  Hope it helps.

@shawge

Could you please add a 1973 Barracuda chart?  I have rally gauges.  I have an electronic Mopar ignition system.  If the 1970 challenger and barracuda diagrams are the same then let me know and I can just use those charts.

Thanks

Neil

I see a 72 Plymouth service manual on myMopar, no 73 :(  Anyone know if  that would that work? There is a 73 Dodge manual there.

@nsmall I count 7 pages in the 72 Plymouth chassis service manual that are applicable to Barracuda wiring.  I'll work on those - I think 72 and 73 wiring are the same?  @Cuda Cody, @anlauto

We have the 1973 Part manual, but not the service manual...

I do not know if they changed much from 72 to 73, but if I had to guess I would think there was at a least a few small changes?   :notsure:  But would probably get you super close if you had to use it instead.
