First is some kind of circuit board. It has the pentastar logo and the numbers 2857161 and 55567.
The second one is just what you see.
Who has more fun than people!

might be worth keeping it , not uncommon for the circuit board to get damaged & have problems assuming you are using stock gauges still  :alan2cents:
