fender turn signal indicator location

my friend has a 1971 cuda with the turn signal indicator on his fender tag. does anyone have the mesurment of where these are to be placed?

I think I only have the 1970.  Is the 1971 different location?

  I believe these are both originals, can someone confirm? The '70 is original paint.

It's not particularly relevant on this 'Cuda topic, but if I recall correctly, the 1971 Challenger fender signals changed location mid year.
That info might help someone else.

  Wow!! That is really close to the edge. Pretty sure the ones on my '71 Challenger aren't nearly that close. 12/22/70 build date. Okay found a picture.... that's why it looked so odd to me, Dodge went the other diredtion.
