Good evening one and all. This is my first post enroute to my ten. Well, to make a long story short, I was gifted my big brothers 70 440/4spd Challenger.... it decided to become a dash smoker, so now i've got the dash pulled and i'm in the process of installing a dakota digital plus the ammeter bypass. I reckon I need my ten post before I can get with crackedback for his headlight relay kits....I'm seeing way much knowledge in these readings, think i'm gonna love it... :handshake:

You only have one so far!

I like those Dakota dashes.
Don't toss the original dash though. Keep it on a shelf.

Well, lets get you to the ten posts then.
Let's see some pictures of your awesome car!
Color combo?
What's it's production date?  early or late?
Any interesting facts about the car on it's build sheet or fender tag?

Sometimes new members go to the Members Introduction page and welcome newcomers 10 times or as many as needed. Say something like: welcome aboard, I'm new too.

Welcome Challenger7042 ..... sorry to hear about your mishap.   I too had a harness problem, but I am in the midst of installing a new dash harness and converting to a voltage gauge.

Cuda hunter, I will try and get some pics up asap....the car is a very base model with some small amount of salt and pepper sprinkled on it. Its painted 2011 Jag black with a touch of pearl thrown in for good measure, black and tan interior. 440/4spd, dana rear...

I'm sure that I am more of a newb than you and most on here, just not new to the site.

I love a good tan interior.  One of my favorites!
