How does this come apart?

This plug runs my fans and I am looking to pull the radiator out but am struggling with getting this apart.  The red button on the top moves but not sure if it locks the plug or what it actually does.  Thoughts?

Pretty sure the red button comes out.  It locks the connector together.

Slide the red lock to the "out" position.  it shouldn't come all the way off the connector.   Then, squeeze the top to release the catch and pull apart  That's a very common type of connector on today's vehicles.   E-fans, AC compressors, etc. all have them.

So helpful!!!  OMG I pulled on that damn thing for about 1/2 hour. . Will try again this weekend.  Then I can get the radiator out.  Thanks for the info . .
