As I'm disassembling my 1970 AAR Cuda, I have a couple of questions about the radio antenna cable.
1. The cable from the radio to the antenna base appears to be made up of two lengths of cable.  One that routes from the radio along the passenger side of the car to near the rear seat area where there is a connection to the second cable that continues on to the antenna base.  I can't seem to get the two cables to come apart at this connection.  Does anyone have a picture of the two cables disconnected so that I can tell exactly where they separate from one another?
2. Does the cable unplug from the base of the antenna?  If so, a picture of the cable unplugged from the base would be helpful.

Thanks for the help.

It does not unplug from the base of the antenna .

@Gary AAR Here you go, this is an original AAR cable. This is a picture on the extension cable which plugs into the radio and joins the antenna cable along the rocker towards the back seat. The antenna is the same as any other E Body, the cable is NOT supposed to come out of the antenna.
