Voltage limiter

The voltage limiters that are solid state have only 2 push in connects where as my original one
Has 3 push in connectors.  How do I hook up mine that has 3 wires?

If I recall the 3rd wire goes to a little condenser. That doesn't get used with the SS limiter.

The condensor was for older electronics which needed to smooth out the voltage.

The original voltage limiter just switched 12v on and off. Over time it averaged 5v. But it was a jagged, saw tooth voltage.  The capacitor helped smooth it out.  The new regulators,  actually regulate the voltage to a constant 5v. So the cap is not needed.
