1973 marine 318 heads?

I'm asking for a friend who is looking for some. Is there such a thing as a marine 318 head? Is it any different than a regular 318 head?

Not sure, but my buddy has a 350 chevy in his boat and is using regular car heads without an issue. my understanding is the exhaust and cooling systems are the big differences. May be hard to find parts for a 318 boat application, didn't see much when I was looking awhile back.

Thanks! I did some research and found that the marine heads are the same. If anyone near Warrenton, VA has any good 318 heads for sale let me know.
