Is the idle solenoid bracket shown below a correct reproduction of an original part that would go on a 1970 340 AAR/TA engine?  Specifically I'm wondering about whether the bracket should have the two threaded studs welded to the bracket as shown in the photo, or if there should be a separate bolt and nut in that location.  The Dave Wise E-body Hardware book shows a separate bolt and nut for a 440 engine, but doesn't have any details for a 340 engine application.  Anybody with an original AAR/TA that can confirm which is correct?
Thanks.
Gary.

That's an accurate reproduction part IMO.  Both original and repros I've seen used two welded studs, not loose bolts.

I've noticed on a few occasions our local experts opinions differ from the information stated in the MMC Manuals.  No disrespect meant to our expert members or MMC, I have way too much to learn myself.  I speculate in some cases the images and associated text in the manuals sometimes get switched.  What's the volume/version number on your manual?  Also, what's the number on the bottom of the page showing the solenoid bracket?  I've had success with emailing them asking for clarification.

Here's a shot of an original 340-6 solenoid bracket

I'm not seeing the unique 340-6 solenoid bracket described in the MMC guide. 71 340, 440 sixpack and hemi intake manifolds had a mounting boss machined and tapped for bolts to mount the solenoid.
