3438222 Distributor Help Needed

All,
In my search for an original 3438222 single point distributor for my 70 Challenger R/T 440 4-bbl I came across the one shown in the attached pics. Please review and indicate if this is an unmolested 3438222 distributor. I'm unclear as to the correct vacuum advance for my application. I've seen some with an electronic advance. Please provide feedback regarding the depicted distributor and educate me regarding vacuum advances.
