Did some more reading and the one piece LA pan gasket seems to be a unicorn.

Most people are mistakenly using the Magnum gasket.

I have a new Mahle cork gasket, thinking of switching to the "crush proof" as a one and done, cork does get brittle faster.

Anyone had issues/experience with this gasket?

Is it just me or don't you need main caps drilled for the windage tray with the attending bolts, too? As for a sealant, The Right Stuff can't be beat. It's not cheap, but then you've already said you don't want to do it twice.

The Mopar tray comes with new main bolts that accommodate the installation hardware for the tray.

Never w/o a tube of right stuff...
