Wanted to give an update on this thread.

This is what I ended up purchasing
-440 source 512 stroker kit
-Stealth heads(upgraded to the comp cams dual springs, 10 degree retainers and locks with teflon seals)
-ARP head bolts
-ARP main bolts
-Lunati voodoo 703 hydraulic flat tappet cam
-PQX platinum 1.5 roller rocker kit
-Proform 1050cfm carb
-Holley street dominator intake
-Dougs D452 headers
-Fel-pro gasket set and valley pan
-Hemi 6qt pan
-stroker windage tray
-5" deep sump pickup tube
-oil slinger
-billet rear main seal cap/bolts, Viton rear seal, silicone rear seal strips
-brass expansion plugs
-Dura-bond cam bearings
-440 source distributor and coil

Hoping the Comp Cams springs are the right ones. They were recommend for cams over .510 lift and the Voodoo 703 is just over @.513

I still need to purchase the timing gear set/ARP bolts, water pump housing/water pump, oil pump, flex plate/ARP bolts, TC/ARP bolts, thermostat, hoses, belts, high torque starter, alternator, electric fuel pump, and push rods (need to measure before ordering).

I don't think the old Dayton Super Star 60s will hold up.

It's been a while but if I remember correctly, I ordered the lifters from Lunati when I bought the cam. Seems like they were a set.  That way they were matched for the cam. BTW, they worked great with the cam before I switched to a hydraulic roller cam.  Just make sure you break the cam in correctly during your first start up.

Thanks raptor, not sure what I was thinking when I ordered the cam, why I didn't buy the cam lifter kit. I must've had a brain fart.

I have the lunati 703's with lunati lifters and springs in my 360/la with stroker kit to 408.    YES be careful during the break in...Lunati states to only put in the outside springs and leave the inners out for first start and break in.    I didnt do that as i thought...ill just be careful...and sure enough i wiped a lobe.     Lunati stood behind it and had Summit ship me a another new 703.    Second time i did as specified and left the inner springs out, during start up and 200 mile break in.    Then i put the inner springs back in and no problems. f Real pain in the butt as i had to buy an a special spring compressor to do the work, and it is tedious.   

I will say their lifters will sometimes tick when cold after sitting for a couple of weeks, but, the tick goes away in the first mile of driving.

Now I just need to find my dad's old pneumatic spring compressor.
I knew I shouldn't have paid 440 souce $100 to swap out the springs. I figured it would save me some time.

Obviously, water under the bridge now, but I like to buy the springs with the cam, from the cam manufacturer, as they will provide the springs with the spring rates they deem appropriate for the ramp rates of the lobes on the cam.    Saying a spring is good for a certain amount of lift is one thing as it ensures you can compress the spring to that amount of valve lift without getting into coil bind, but as some cams have a more "square" profile with very aggressive lift rates and a longer dwell at max lift, they may require a higher spring rate to prevent valve float at higher RPM.

So to be safe should I buy the Lunati springs and swap out the Comp cam springs or do you think the Comp cam springs will be okay with that cam?

In addition to what was already said, I'd use everything from Lunati, reason being if something goes wrong all the different manufactures will point at everyone else's parts as the fault. Springs, retainers ,locks, lifters, cam

I assume you have a part # for the Comp springs you can look up the sring load at lift & check with Lunati if the springs are in the right zone for the cam you choose to use .
Often Lunati requires more spring pressure as the ramp speeds are higher even at similar lifts .

FYI I spoke with Lunati about my Comp Cams springs #925-16 and they said the springs will work for the Lunati Voodoo 703 cam. That's a relief to know.

Now I'm questioning what Lunati told me after comparing the Comp Cam springs to the Lunati springs. Let me know what you guys think? Here are the specs for both. The 1st chart is for the Comp springs that are already installed on the stealth heads and the 2nd chart is the Lunati springs. I highlighted the springs that I have and the springs Lunati recommends for the Voodoo 703.

I'm also thinking if I have to switch springs the spring seats on the head will need machined/cups added but not sure.
