Champion, Autolite, NGK? Looking for plug recommendations

There's a bunch of plugs you could use, but the factory went with Champions and while I'm sure others will chime in, it seems that N9Y or RN12Y were a couple that came up. Just Google it and allow some time to read the contrasting opinions.

Indeed I have. It would seem that the top 3 talked about are those I put in the caption. Just wanted to hear from a few E body guys.

I'm a Champion fan. So far no issues in my mopar since '84

I just put in non resistor Champion plugs.

Seems most plugs now are all resistor types.

Why would I want resistor plugs in my engine when I want all the volts I can get?

Both of my Challengers are running NGK Iridium plugs. A little more but trouble free and last a long time.

I've used Champion N9Y since i've owned my AAR, never had any problems with them. If you`re air/fuel ratio is good and you're timing set properly with good valve seals, they almost never foul.

I have always used Champion or Autolite Only.
NGK are useless . slightest foul & they will never fire again so the choke setting better be perfect .

I have had good luck with AC Delco as well. I've used Autolite and NGK with good success too.

Big fan of Autolites. I believe I have 64's in the 73 340.
