Oh yeah, I almost forgot. What kind of seam sealer should I use to seal this up? Is the stuff the factory used still available? Is there something better?

Even if the factory sealer was still available  sealer technology today is much better now. You wont go wrong with 3-M  or Ever coat products. If your going to paint it make sure it states paintable.

Thanks, I got some 3m Sean sealer. Now that this is wrapping up I will be able to get the Cuda motivating under its own power. Woot
