Pulley question

My Charger runs warm when in slow traffic or stopped at a light. It has a 6" fan pulley. If I put a 5" pulley on will it help much with cooling?

Yes: It should speed the fan up. Does it have a shroud?

   What is it timed at? The water pump housing, does yours have an aluminum housing or cast iron?  I added a smaller WP pulley and it helped mine . Searched around Carlisle one year for those " blue tarp specials" bought a few different sizes to try.....

Yes it has a shroud.

I have a five inch pulley, assume I'll need a shorter belt but we'll see.
