Hi
I am in the process of reassembling my shaker hood.
Many parts were lost, which I have now purchased and am reassembling.
Unfortunately I am missing these nuts to mount the plates.
I thought they were 1/4 UNF but they don't fit. Does anyone know what kind of thread they are?
The outer diameter is about 0.177 inch (4.5mm).
Thank you

Daniel

Try a #10-24 nut. That's about what it should measure.

Yea I agree, looking at it again it's not 1/4"  :bigthumb:

Thank you all for this.
Let me try #10-24 nuts.

These 5 nuts are what were used on original assembly,... cad plated I believe
Original stud and nut with captive washer pictured on left, stud on right is from one of the repro houses.
Your rod from cold to warm air door looks like it has the 'Snobar bend'.

Thank you, yes exactly, the left one is the one I currently have with my shaker.

The Shaker hood option is one of the coolest hood/scoops combos ever. Mine isn't stock, so I custom made my own super shaker to clear all of this.
