The speedometer on my Charger is very much inaccurate. Tire size is 275/40/17 which is 26.7" diameter and the rear end has 3.55 gears. Based on the attached chart the 26"/3.55 gear is 36 tooth and the 28"/3.55 gear is the 33 tooth. So I figure the 35 tooth should be about perfect for a 26.7" tire. Agree or disagree?

There are a few different charts out there.  This one shows a 34 tooth gear for a 27" tall tire and 3.55 gears.
