Time sert or heli coil exhaust manifold stud

The threads in the head for an exhaust stud is striped out. I'm wondering if anyone has put either a heli coil or time sert in a location like that. I've used a few heli coils before but I've never used a time sert before.

From what I've read I think the time sert would work better in this location.

Time sert for sure , it will seal coolant better .
