Transmission mount differences

can somebody clear something up for me?

70 cuda

Need to get a transmission mount for a 4spd and I understand that it's the same as a auto but what's with the different types ? Is 70 different then  other years On e bodies?
Not sure how the one stud would mount on the cross member

Where'd you get the pic of the top one?  The one I got from rockauto isn't as sturdy as that one looks  to be.

That picture looks like the Energy Suspension one modified with Polyurethane insert

I think it is  an Energy susp modded one as well. I'm not sure anyone makes a decent trans mount these days. Chinese rubber parts  aren't a good risk.

Think the poly mounts com in all sorts of colors. Mine has a red one the previous owner installed.
